Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please give us 24hrs notice. We understand that emergencies happen, but out of respect for our stylists/estheticians please give them time to refill the spot. There will be a fee of 50% of the service if you do not notify us 24hrs or more.
Please be advised when booking multiple treatments or group appointments, you will be required to leave a credit card number to secure your booking.
Please note that our appointment schedule tends to be quite busy, with bookings often extending a couple of months in advance. However, in the event of cancellations, we may have earlier openings.
